i'm a puppet. i'm a number. i'm a product of conditioning. i'm a coward. i'm a sucker. i stood for nothing, now i'll fall for anything. what's the latest? let me have it. i'd pay anything to kill the noise. give me crutches. give me habits. take me by the brain and fill the void. i've got a hole in the soul and i just want to dance til i can't think. i've got a fever for love. tie me up, feed me drugs til i can't blink. we all need a purpose but we don't deserve it. let's move til we're too exhausted to feel worthless. we're born to feel guilt from our natural urges but i know a way we can purge it. just hand me a tab and watch it soak through my skin. crank up that bass and let the party begin. i'm a loser. i'm a misfit. i'm in a prison of my own design. i'm a sellout. i'm complicit in the destruction of my poor corrupted mind. death is coming. i can stall it if i live as hard as possible. give me comfort. give me solace. in this club i am unstoppable. we've all got a hatred with which we must reckon. let's sweat to forget all the angst and depression. it's not getting better; our heads are defective. but i figured out how to reject it. hand me that spike and stick it deep in my veins. let's move to the beat, tonight i will be its slave. we want to live but life decides when we die so let's exercise our right to take it in stride.
